Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting a community based support worker to work with an individual with Mental Illness in Cheshire.

To provide person-centred support to an individual living with a long-term Mental Health condition, in their own home.

Supporting the individual to gain or recover a quality of life that enables them to achieve their full potential and enjoy a more rewarding personal and community life.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, being paid agency the first 12 weeks.

Temporary Pay Rate:
£10.80p/hr Days
£11.00p/hr Nights and Saturdays
£12p/hr Sundays and Bank holidays (Ltd)

Hours:
The client requires 24-hour care therefore the successful applicant must be flexible to adopt a mixed shift pattern, which will include evenings and weekends.



Shifts are as follows: Days 08:00 - 20:00 Nights 20:00 - 08:00

Person Specification:
The successful applicant must have recent employed experience within Mental Health
The successful applicant must manage own workload to ensure effective and efficient time management to meet priorities within agreed timescales and deadlines.


The successful applicant must be a driver with use of a car for work purposes
