An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Manager to work in an exceptional service based in the Ross-on-Wye, Hereford area.

As the Registered Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This service provides support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour, offering people the chance to live in a homely environment

As the Registered Manager your key responsibilities include:

·         Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs, your team will support service users in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives

·         You will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care

·         Be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service

·         You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success

An ideal Registered Manager must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Commitment to delivering high quality care

·         Previous managerial experience in a similar environment

·         Strong working knowledge of  regulatory standards

·         Fine tuned decision making skills

·         Excellent organisational and communication skills

·         Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude

The successful Registered Manager will receive an excellent salary from £43,000 up to £45,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
