Salary per hour: £21 ph ltd
(£17 PAYE exc)

Hours and length of contract:

, Full Time or Part time hours: 22 - 44 hours per week
, Flexible shifts on a Rota Basis (to be discussed at interview)

, The manager is looking for the position to be filled ASAP.

Daily Duties:
The client is a nationwide family-owned provider of expert care homes for older adults and those living with dementia.

You will work within one of the purpose-built homes to provide personal care, companionship and friendship to the residents, whilst promoting independence in a safe and caring environment.



Daily duties include but are not limited to:
, Delivering physical and emotional needs to all residents in a dignified and respectful manner
, Leading a staff team in promoting resident's independence, encouraging participation of activities and or social events, enhancing wellbeing and promote best practice
, To ensure and maintain the delivery of high standards of care to each resident on a daily basis
, Updating and maintaining patient records
, Ensuring that care plans are centred and uniquely tailored to each individual resident's nursing care needs
, Communicating at all levels with residents, team staff members, relatives, external professionals
, Ensuring and developing good relationships to deliver a high-quality experience for all residents
, Ensuring the safe storage, administration, recording and reordering where applicable of all resident's prescribed medication

Location
The home is in a quiet location and easily accessible to Chelmsford and Colchester.

The home is both modern and classical and provides both single occupancy and also companion rooms with en-suites.
It is a spacious environment including cafés, comfortable and sociable dining areas, professional services such as physiotherapy, chiropody and optician services are available.
