Description
, To join the Gloucester North 11-25 Team
, You will act as a Leaving Care Worker and will work with a caseload of young people developing plans to enable them to transition into adulthood
, You will work in a multi-agency manner, providing quality services and outcomes for young people, working alongside Social Workers to ensure a smooth and supported Transition.

What is required?
, Experience of working in a multi-agency environment
, Experience in supporting vulnerable children and young adults transition towards adulthood
, Level 3 Qualification or above
, Previous leaving care experience desirable
