ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR: CONSTRUCTION

Position: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Package: £30,000 - £35,000 + car allowance & benefits
Location: North West - Manchester

The Opportunity:
My client has an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the North West.

This is a great opportunity to work with an exciting company on some of the largest and most prestigious projects in Manchester.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of a commercial team delivering new build, high-rise mixed-use developments throughout the North-West, whilst centralised in Manchester.

This will be a split role between office and site however the successful candidate will initially be more office based with a focus on pre-construction with the occasional travel to sites.

Projects are valued up to £80million and the successful AQS will be working on pre-construction as well as live site environments.

Requirements:

• Be degree qualified (Quantity Surveying) or equivalent.


• Have a minimum of 3-4 years' experience.


• Main contractor background


• Experience with JCT contracts.


• High attention to detail.


• Advanced IT skills.
