Nurse Unit Lead

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Unit Lead to work in an exceptional care home based in the New Eltham, London area.

As the Unit Lead you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This care home is designed for older people requiring dementia nursing and general nursing care.

The home offers a supportive environment with comfortable lounge areas.

The dedicated team ensure we meet the resident’s individual care and social needs

An ideal Unit Lead must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential

·         Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record

·         Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people

·         Excellent organisation & leadership skills

·         Effective communication skills

·         Flexible, professional and committed to being the best

·         Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & services

The successful Unit Lead will receive an excellent salary from £17.50 to £18.00 per hour.
