Adult Social Worker - Immediate start

We are currently recruiting Social Workers to work within Blackpool Council.

You will be required to assist in their discharge pathways from Acute/ A+E settings.



Full Time - Weekend work may be required
£22 per hour


The ideal candidate will have:
, Hospital experience
, The ability to manage stressful situations
, To respond appropriately to crisis situations using a person centred approach
, Work within a large MDT
