Service Care Solutions have a vacancy for a full time Contact Trace Supervisor to join a team in Bournemouth, although this is a remote working role.

You will supervise a frontline operational team focused on delivering an efficient risk assessment of Covid-19 cases identified for contract tracing.

You will train and support a remote team of contact advisers, allocating cases, ensuring full compliance with the contact tracing systems, prepare reports and ensureall cases are managed within defined timescales.

You will need experience in
,working in a customer focused or operational role.
,managing and supervising staff and allocating work.
,be computer literate and skilled with the ability to pick up new computer systems rapidly.
