Inpatients Manager

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Inpatients Manager to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Chelmsford, Essex area.

As the Inpatients Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This hospital provides a wide range of services including Surgery, Medicine, Oncology, Plastic and Cosmetic surgery, and Paediatrics. They are continually introducing new technology to ensure they provide the best experience for patients and support for their hard working teams and have just opened 2 additional purpose built theatres

An ideal Inpatients Manager must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Delivers High Standards of patient care

·         Previous Clinical Supervisory experience and background as a Ward nurse

·         Enthusiastic/promoting positive attitude at work

·         Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business

·         Demonstrates a good working knowledge and compliance with CQC Standards

·         The ability to make decisions and use your initiative

·         Strong communication skills

·         Passion to deliver excellent care in a busy and challenging environment

The successful Inpatients Manager will receive an excellent salary from £40,000 up to £45,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
