An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Wolverhampton, West Midlands area.

As the Registered Home Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This care home is a purpose-built care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care.

The dedicated team ensure they meet the resident’s individual care and social needs

An ideal Registered Home Manager must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Previous older peoples care experience 

·         Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record

·         Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people

·         Excellent organisation & leadership skills

·         Effective communication skills

·         Flexible, professional and committed to being the best

·         Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services

The successful Registered Home Manager will receive an excellent salary from £56,000 up to £58,000 per annum.

You will be considered for this position if you are qualified as a Nurse either RGN or RMN with a valid NMC Pin or have an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care or equivalent
