Service Administrator

Administrative Assistant to manage the office and handle duties for the management team.

We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team.

The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and undertaking administrative support, is essential in this position.

The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful and organised.

Ensuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Duties include:
General Administrative
, Answering telephone calls
, Resolving telephone and email enquiries
, Diary Management
, Document production
, Monitoring stationery and PPE stock levels
, Ordering of stationery and PPE
, Maintaining spreadsheets
, Point of contact
Staff Testing
, Ordering and receiving testing kits
, Distributing testing kits to staff across 2 sites
, Sending weekly reminders to staff
, General record keeping of testing kit distribution
, Recording of when staff take the tests and the results
, Weekly testing report
, Provide advice and guidance where appropriate

Must be able to drive and have access to own transport as you may be required to work over 2 sites.

16 hours per week for 3 months.
