We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Trader to join our team in Gainsborough.



Working with a well established housing association you will be working alongside our team to install and maintain wet rooms within void and tenanted properties throughout Lincolnshire.

You may also be responsible for covering responsive repairs and maintenance.



This role will involve multi trade tasks due to the nature of wet room installations.

This could include plastering, joinery, tiling, painting and plumbing.



You will be working Monday to Friday (40 hours).

An immediate start is available with a temp to perm contract on offer.

Initially you will be allocated a temp 3 month contract.

Following this and an assessment of your work a permanent contract may be offered.




You will need;

, NVQ / C&G Qualification in a relevant trade
, Multi trade skills/experience
, Full UK Driving Licence
, Previous experience (3+ years)
