An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Home Manager to work in an exceptional residential and nursing home based in the Ivybridge, Plymouth area.

As the Home Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care provider

This home provides residential care, nursing care, dementia care, palliative care and respite care to residents

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

·         You will be responsible for managing the day to day running the home

·         Leading a team of Care professionals and with a passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to residents

·         You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success

An ideal Home Manager must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Previous experience in a residential and/or nursing setting

·         Strong operational management experience

·         Give the highest quality of personalised care to our residents in line with their individual care plans

·         Work together as a team to enrich our residents’ lives

·         Able to show a can-do attitdue always

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £60,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 40 hours a week.
