Theatre Scrub Nurse

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Theatre Scrub Nurse to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Croydon, South London area.

As a Theatre Scrub Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This hospital offers services to the local community such as Outpatient Consultation, Day Case Surgery, Pharmaceutical Services and Diagnostics - Imaging and Endoscopy

An ideal Theatre Scrub Nurse must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:

·         High standards of clinical competence

·         Sound written and verbal communication skills

·         Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required

·         Experience in ophthalmology would be an advantage 

·         Demonstrated customer service skills

·         Demonstrated computer skills

·         Ability to plan equipment and consumable requirements

·         Experience in orthopaedics, hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty and anterior cruciate ligaments reconstruction would be an advantage but not  essential

·         ALS trained is highly desirable 

The successful Theatre Scrub Nurse will receive an excellent salary from £30,000 to £33,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
