An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Steppingley, Bedfordshire area.

As the Home Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This care home is designed for older people with dementia and also provides a specialist dementia nursing service

An ideal Home Manager must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Previous older peoples care experience 

·         Must have worked in an older people with dementia setting

·         Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record

·         Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people

·         Excellent organisation & leadership skills

·         Effective communication skills

·         Flexible, professional and committed to being the best

·         Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary from £50,000 up to £55,000 per annum.
