FTC 12 Months, with possibility to extend – Humber Bridge Hull

Our client, a leading provider of life science solutions, are now looking for a Sample Reception & Handling Assistant to join their team on site at Humber Bridge , Hull on a prestigious emergency project for a fixed term contract of 12 months that could well be extended further on a rolling basis.

The Role

  • Experience with Customer Service
  • Ability to build relationships quickly
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Can do attitude with flexible approach to adapt to the department's needs
  • Reliable & Dedicated
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent level of English (verbal and written)
  • Strong MS Office (particularly, Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Excellent Administrative skills an advantage
  • Must be a driver and have transport due to location and shift patterns

This role is on a full-time contract basis for a fixed period of 12 months, with the possibility of further extensions.

There is a shift pattern as the emergency project is a 24/7 operation.

Shifts are as follows:

07.00 – 15.00

15.30 – 23.00

23.30 – 06.30

It is 37.5 hours a week.

1st shift is 37.5 hours , 2nd shift 35 hours and 3rd shift 32.5 hours , however, you are paid 37.5 hours every week.
