Service Care Solutions Recruitment Agency are looking for a experienced Mental Healthcare Worker to pick up ADHOC (Agency Bank Shifts) within a Medium Secure Hospital in Horley, Surrey.



The position will involve assisting adults between 18 - 65 years of age aiding the recovery of the patients¸ monitoring their wellbeing and assisting with on-going treatment.



The hospital looks after men with mental health disorders, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex needs.

The Limited company hourly rates of pay are as follows:
, £10.50 ltd hour for weekdays
, £11.50 ltd for nights
, £12.00 ltd for Saturdays
, £12.50 ltd for Sundays

Service Care Solutions are specialist providers of ad-hoc shifts to the NHS and private sectors for both nursing and healthcare assistants.



Essential:
, Recent experience working as a Health care assistant or support worker in the mental health sector.



, Must be able to engage with patients/clients
, Flexible

Desirable experience:
, 6 months experience
, Any form of Control and Restraint training (PMVA/MAPA/MAYBO)
, Experience of working within Secure Units
