Service Care Legal are currently recruiting for a Conveyancer for a law firm based in Hackney region of London.

This position is available for full time or part time hours.

ROLE: Conveyancer
LOCATION: Hackney, London
SALARY: £30,000 to £40,000

The Role

, To work a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from inception to completion
, Matters will include freehold and leasehold sales, transfer of equity and remortgages
, To provide legislative advice to more junior members of staff
, To undertake the occasional case of Commercial Conveyancing matters

The Person

, A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' PQE
, Previous experience in progressing full caseloads through to completion with minimal supervision
, Someone who has strong time management skills and ability to work well within a team
