Registered Manager

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Manager to work in exceptional residential service based in the Stevenage, Hertfordshire area.

As the Registered Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This is a residential specialist service for adults with autism and behaviours that challenge.

The individuals are supported to live as independently as possible and are supported with life skills within the home and community

An ideal Registered Manager must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Commitment to delivering high quality care

·         Previous managerial experience in a similar environment

·         Strong working knowledge of  regulatory standards

·         Fine tuned decision making skills

·         Excellent organisational and communication skills

·         Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude

The successful Registered Manager will be offered an excellent salary from £33,000 to £35,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.

To be considered for this position you must NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
