An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the South Croydon, London area.

As the Registered Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This care home provides 24-hour specialist care and treatment for adults with mental health needs and other associated diagnosis, requiring residential, respite or forensic rehabilitation services

As the Registered Manager your key responsibilities include:

·         Undertaking the management of supporting people Bipolar/Manic Depression, Challenging Behaviour, Schizophrenia

·         You will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care

·         Responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service

·         You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success

An ideal Registered Manager must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Commitment to delivering high quality care

·         Previous managerial experience in a similar environment

·         Strong working knowledge of  regulatory standards

·         Fine tuned decision making skills

·         Excellent organisational and communication skills

·         Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude

·         Must have experience within Mental Health

The successful Registered Manager will receive an excellent salary from £38,000 to £40,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 40 hours a week.

To be considered for this position you must be qualfiied as a Nurse either RGN or RMN with a valid NMC Pin and must have experience in mental health
