Registered General Nurse

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed RGN to work in an exceptional nursing home based in Haslemere, Surrey area.

As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is a purpose-built nursing home that provides a range of services.

From nursing care to dedicated support for those living with dementia.

The highly experienced team are committed to enabling residents to live the life they choose

As a Nurse your key duties include:

·         Assessment of residents' needs, production and implementation of Care plans and accurate documentation on residents' records

·         The organisation of the Home and attitude of the staff should reflect the need for residents to achieve and maintain maximum independence

·         To maintain a quiet and calm atmosphere by encouragement and example whilst caring for the residents

·         Helping unqualified staff with in-service training and to keep abreast of current post-registration training

An ideal Nurse must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Experience in the same or similar role

·         Good communication skills

·         Leadership skills

·         Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary from £19.48 to £21.00 per hour.
