Clinical/Forensic Psychologist

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical/Forensic Psychologist to work in an exceptional service based in the Mansfield, Nottinghamshire area.

As a Psychologist you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This service provides rehabilitation for men with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder.

The aim of the service is to equip the service user with the skills needed for community living and increased independence

As the Clinical/Forensic Psychologist your key responsibilities include:

·         Supporting the clinical team and area of service in developing new initiatives and ways of working

·         Working with internal and external agencies to enhance treatment pathways for service users

·         Supervising and line managing qualified and in-training staff members

·         Working effectively as a team member, and to take the lead on psychological assessment and interventions within the service area

An ideal Clinical/Forensic Psychologist must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Experience working in a similar setting.

·         CBT skills

·         Leadership experience

The successful Clinical/Forensic Psychologist will receive an excellent salary of £40,000 pro rata.

This exciting position is a Part Time role working hours in between 16 - 24 hours a week.

To be considered for this position you must be BPS recognised Psychology degree with HCPC registration
