Family Therapist

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Family Therapist to work in an exceptional clinic based in the Hove, East Sussex area.

As the Family Therapist you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This mental health clinic provides highly specialist multidisciplinary assessment and treatment for children and adolescents with an eating disorder where behavioural or emotional problem may have resulted in a severely restricted dietary intake.

Psychological interventions include individual therapy, systemic family therapy, therapeutic groups, meal support sessions and a parent support group

As the Family Therapist your key duties include:

·         Complete all recording and reporting tasks associated with clinical work

·         Contribute to training and supervision of ward staff as provided by the psychological therapies team

·         To continually monitor risk of all service users for whom there is direct contact

·         Prepare clinical; reports as required, e.g.

assessment reports, discharge summaries

The successful Family Therapist will receive an excellent salary from £45,000 to £50,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
