Rota Scheduler/Administrator
An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a committed Rota Scheduler/Administrator to work in an exceptional service based in the Rugby, Warwickshire area.
As the Rota Scheduler/Administrator you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
You will provide a supportive environment in which the needs of people with learning disabilities can be catered for, whilst encouraging independent living and choice whenever possible.
A major aim of this service is to provide opportunities and choices not normally available for the individuals concerned to realise their own potential
As the Rota Scheduler/Administrator your key responsibilities include:
· To maintain the rotas for the company, working with all services to ensure rotas are fully staffed
· To have responsibility for the smooth running of shifts via the rotas whilst ensuring service user needs, choices, dignity etc are put first
· Clear communication skills
· To follow policy and procedures as set out in the manuals
· To attend training as agreed in your personal training plan
· To ensure all documentation is kept up to date
· To carry out supervision and support of staff
An ideal Rota Scheduler/Administrator must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:
· Willing to undertake mandatory and appropriate training
· Ability to ensure good standards of practice
· Ability to work under pressure in stressful situations
· Ability to assist with all aspects of daily living
· Importance of maintaining confidentiality
· Ability to adapt to the changing needs of service users and the service
The successful Rota Scheduler/Administrator will receive an excellent salary of £25,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a Full Time role working 38 hours a week.

To be considered for this position you must have a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or working towards this
