Senior Care Assistant

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Senior Care Assistant to work in an exceptional care home based in the Northwich, Cheshire area.

As the Senior Care Assistant you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This care home provides family value-led residential and dementia care and support in a quiet residential area

As the Senior Care Assistant your key duties include:

·         Helping our residents with personal support and care

·         Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs

·         Administration and monitoring of medications to residents

·         Serving meals/drinks and assisted feeding

·         Interacting with our residents on a personal level

·         Maintaining care plans

An ideal Senior Care Assistant must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Experience in the care industry

·         Have great communication skills both written and verbal

·         Proven experience of leading a team in the care industry

·         Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Senior Care Assistant will receive an excellent salary of £10.25 per hour.

This exciting position has Full Time and Part Time options available working 22, 33 or 44 hours a week on Night Shifts only.

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards this
