Clinical Unit Manager

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Unit Manager to work in an exceptional care home service based in the Wakefield area.

As a Unit Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

The residents at this special care home has an individual care plan designed to give them the best support possible.

The highly trained team ensure residents have as much independence as possible, while getting the care they require

As the Clinical Unit Manager your key responsibilities include:

·         Be responsible for leading a team of Nursing and Care staff to ensure excellent standards of care

·         Plan rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff

·         Build strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services

·         Comply to NMC guidelines with administration of medicine

An ideal Clinical Unit Manager must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

·         You must have previous experience in a nursing management role

·         You must have a proven track record in delivering good care results

·         You must have a good understanding of CQC/CI and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)

The successful Clinical Unit Manager will receive an amazing salary of £18.00 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £39,312 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role, for 42 hours a week working on Day Shifts only including 6 supernumerary hours.
