Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a committed RGN or RMN to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Pembrokeshire, Wales area.

As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This nursing home provide high quality, structured open rehabilitation and enablement care for residents with enduring mental health needs

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Providing support and nursing care to patients
• Deliver high standards individualised care to residents
• Adhering to Nursing and Midwifery council and Care Quality Commission rules and regulations
• Improve the quality of residents’ lives
• Administering medication
• Writing support and care plans
• Working alongside an established care team
• Delegation of care duties to junior care staff

An ideal Nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Have a minimum of 6 to 12 months nursing experience

·         Be passionate about delivering person centred care

·         Up to date clinical practices

·         Evidence of continual professional development

·         Have a positive and can do attitude

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £17.50 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £32,760 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role for 36 hours a week, working throughout Night Shifts only.
