Pharmaceutical Recruitment Consultant

We are currently looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Recruitment Consultant to source and work with a variety of clients across the UK and Europe.

Within this 360 role you will build relationships with both clients and candidates, helping grow our database as well as maintaining current relationships.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Sourcing employers - this will be a mixture of warm leads and occasional cold calling, so you must be very comfortable on the phone gaining leads and meetings.

  • Place candidates into employment with existing employer base, developing and co-ordinating a smooth recruitment journey

  • Maintain relationships with the clients and candidates via regular phone contact and meetings

  • Liaising with candidate base to promote your current vacancies and upcoming positions.

  • Profile candidates in detail and discuss suitable vacancies


Requirements:



  • Previous experience as a billing Recruitment Consultant

  • A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Strong sales, networking and client development abilities



  • Prior experience managing the full-life cycle candidate recruitment process (source, network, screen, recruit, market and close top tier pharmaceutical talent)

  • Current experience in the Life Sciences; Biotech, Med Device, Pharma or related markets

  • Showcase ability to partner with new clients and build strong relationships

  • Ability to assess candidate's technical ability; identify and match candidate's behavioural traits

  • Self-motivated, organized and detailed/results oriented



  • Strong candidate and client management and development background

  • Bsc Degree from an accredited university preferred, but not essential
