Crisis Recovery Worker

Crisis Recovery Worker needed for Mental Health Service - Barnstaple, Devon
Service Care Solutions are looking for a Crisis Recovery Worker for a Mental Health Service (Safe Haven) - Barnstaple, Devon, for a private national mental health organisation.

If you have experience and passion in delivering crisis support to people in distress - wanting high quality training and future career progression then this role will be for you!
Pay Rates: £20,176 Pro Rata - 6pm - 12 am - 3 nights per week (Thursday to Sunday)
Location: Barnstaple, Devon.



Role: To work with service users, delivering a recovery service offering empathy and de-escalation in aiming to improve the service users state of mental health.

You will be working with them to promote mental wellbeing paired with physical health through empowerment and structured processes.

You will continue to monitor the service users by reporting on their condition upon their visits providing accurate details of the client's recovery.

You will be working with a range of professional contractors and reporting to the required authorities in order to maximise the service user's potential and recovery.

In the absence of the practice lead, you will be required to fill their role, gaining extra team leader experience and promoting for a more senior role.



Candidate:
, NVQ Lvl 3 in Health & Social Care.
, Experience in de-escalation and crisis recovery.


, Experience of working in a social care setting, or prior mental health support experience.


, Great interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
, Understanding principles of Care and Mental Health Act.


, Knowledge of data management systems needed to interpret data and write reports for service management.
