Customer Service Administrator

Job title: Customer Service Administrator
Location of the job: Margate, CT9
Contract type: Temporary ongoing
Weekly hours: 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)
Start date: ASAP

Provide customer and administrative support for all operations , projects and associated internal and external contractors to ensure effective delivery and ongoing improvement of key public services to residents and seek to resolve customer queries remaining unresolved at first contact.

, Respond to communications from customers within corporate timescales, both in writing and verbally to a high standard taking in to consideration individual circumstances.
, Act as note taker at confidential meetings, sickness reviews and return to work interviews.
, Liaise with service managers, supervisors and crews to meet customer expectations of service delivery.
, Assist with the management of customers and members enquires, ensuring that all are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
, Raise all purchase orders needed and ensure that invoices are paid promptly and within the corporate policy.

Raise sundry debtors and stationery requisitions as required.
, Compile the work schedule for Minor works team updating this on a daily basis.

Graffiti removal lists supplied by the Community Safety Co-ordinator, Parks works supplied by Open Spaces Officer etc.

, Meet individual targets as well as team and service goals to help achieve overall corporate objectives.
Essential criteria:
, Computer literate (will need to use Word and Excel)
, The candidate must have excellent administration skills/experience together with customer service experience.
, Effective Telephone skills
