Deputy Manager

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Tunbridge Wells, Kent area.

As a Deputy Manager you will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers.

This special nursing home provides the highest standards of nursing care for elderly residents, including trial stays, short stay and convalescent care, as well as long-term care

 

As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:

·         Ensuring quality care by continually assessing the service users needs and develop the service to enhance their quality of life

·         Deputising in the management of the home, playing an active part in recruiting, assessing and supervising the team

·         Ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifies areas to improve where needed

·         Be a visible and active leader in the home

·         Overseeing the induction of new employees and participating in their training development

·         Supporting the manager in disciplinary proceedings where required

 

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £20.00 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £37,440 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role for 36 hours a week working through Day Shifts.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN, RMN or RNLD with a current active NMC Pin
