Service Manager

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Service Manager to manage in an exceptional nursing home service based in the Hereford area.

As a Service Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

This special service provides support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour, offering people the chance to live in a homely environment whilst accessing a quality service from caring, competent and well trained staff.

 

As a Service Manager your day to day duties include:

·         Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs

·         Committed to quality assurance

·         Effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care

·         Be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service

·         Have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success

 

An ideal Service Manager must have these skills and experiences as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Commitment to delivering high quality care

·         Previous managerial experience in a similar environment

·         Strong working knowledge of  regulatory standards

·         Fine tuned decision making skills

·         Excellent organisational and communication skills

·         Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude

 

The successful Service Manager will receive an excellent annual salary up to £45,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
