Clinical Lead/RMN

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Lead/RMN to join an exceptional care home based in Derbyshire.

As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

The special care team offers residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, nursing care for those who have complex medical needs, and respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.

They also provide intermediate care as an alternative to hospital stay.

As a Clinical Lead/RMN your day to day duties include:

·         Ensure the delivery of quality care - continually assessing the residents' needs and wishes, developing the service to enhance their quality of life

·         Champion independence and personal choice – develop, review and update care plans to meet their clients changing physical, social and psychological needs

·         Build the positive reputation of the home and unit – liaise professionally with visitors, including family, friends and other external stakeholders.

·         Ensure the highest possible standards of care - continually assessing residents' needs and wishes, developing services to enhance their quality of life.

·         To assist with all people management duties, including but not exclusively; recruitment, training and career development, performance management and effective delegation of duties.

·         Set in place rigorous monitoring and recording practice; documenting efficiently, and thoroughly all matters relating to our residents and employees.

 

An ideal Clinical Lead/RMN must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

·         People management experience; the ability to lead and manage a team

·         Numerate and literate with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

·         Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role

·         A strong passion and commitment to enhance the specialist services they deliver

·         A positive and flexible attitude and wholly adopt a person centred ethos, exhibiting empathy and a desire to make a difference

·         Be forward thinking and up to date with current practices and have a desire to maintain excellent industry knowledge

 

The successful Clinical Lead/RMN will receive an excellent salary £15.34 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £31,907.20.

This exciting position is for 40 hours a week on days.
