Children's Social Worker - Leaving Care team

The position will involve managing a caseload of LAC and CIN.

This will involve completing LAC reports and pathways plans and undertaking statutory visits.

You will also be expected to participate in the duty system.

the 14+ team is part of Northumberland adolescent Services which Youth Justice, Substance misuse, accommodation, youth service and participation teams.

Requirements:
, Most recent 5 years employment history with all gaps verified
, Most recent 2 years references with all gaps verified
, Enhanced DBS check, dated within the last 12 months and issued
, HCPC registration
, Degree in Social work or diploma SW, CQSW, CSS
, Right to work
