Salary per annum: £28,100 - £30,000 pa
(PLUS £1000 welcome bonus for CAMHS & Eating Disorder Wards)

Hours and length of contract:
, Full time permanent position
, Long day shifts: 07:00-19.30
, Long night shifts: 19:30 - 07:00
, 3 weeks 3 shifts, 1 week 4 shifts - on a rota basis
, Service operates 24/7

Positions Available:
, CAMHS Ward
, Eating Disorder Ward
, Adult Acute Ward

Daily Duties:
The hospital support mental health difficulties such as: anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, phobias, autism spectrum disorders, eating disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, self-harm, ADHD and sleep problems.

Responsibilities will include:
, Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, a structured approach to nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse
, Supervising team members and contributing to their overall CPD, mandatory training and appraisal process recognising the skills required across the team
, Monitor and review Nursing Care plans
, Prioritise nursing duties and delegate appropriately and effectively within the shift co-ordination Framework, working as nurse in charge as required, ensuring as far as reasonably practicable a safe environment
, Undertake the role of “Preceptor” to newly qualified staff
