Site Manager (Residential)

Site Manager Overview:


A large regional housing contractor are on the lookout for a highly driven site manager to join their division, who are in a period of growth due to their pipeline of works.


About the Site Manager Role:

You'll be reporting into highly rated project managers / contract managers dependent on site set up.
Larger sites (100 units +) will be managed overall by a project manager
Smaller sites (20 - 80 units) - you may be the sole site manager, with the support of a roaming contracts manager who may visit your site on a weekly basis.
You'll be expected to be open to both management and guidance from senior staff, as well as the knowledge and drive to think on your feet when left to your own devices.



Site Manager Requirements:



  • A proven track record of successful delivery of numerous residential schemes

  • High End property experience is a must

  • Proven experience in managing teams and excellent health and safety management skills

  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ideally already won awards with NHBC or LABC

  • A current CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid

  • Valid Driving Licence



Salary:

Circa £50,000 + car allowance & package
Dependent upon experience
