Job Title: Procurement Administrator
Location: Paddington, (W2)

Contract Type: 12 Weeks - potentially longer
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 05:00pm
Start Date: ASAP

An opportunity has opened up for a Procurement Administrator based in paddington.

The manager is looking for a candidate with strong experience of working with contract documents.

Candidate will need to be able to hit the ground running as this is a temporary vacancy.



Main Duties:
, Prepare contract deed of variation documentation
, Accurately record and manage the end to end process of the execution of DOVs
, Produce non-standard letters
, Obtain and update contractual information, storing documentation and reporting compliance
, Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers as required
, Provide written progress updates to Procurement and Supplier Operations Manager as necessary.
