Complaints Assistant (Administration)
ADMINISTRATION - COMPLAINTS ASSISTANT
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy local authority in Oxfordshire for an initial 5 months, which is likely to be extended beyond.
The day to day role will involve:
, Assisting the complaints manager in dealing with incoming complaints
, Responding calls, emails and letters
, Maintaining electronic records
, Proficient knowledge of IT systems essential
, Providing support to other secretaries and departments when required
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience working in a similar role.
They will possess excellent attention to details and experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
