Clinical Health Care Assistant

At Retain Healthcare we are seeking clinical care staff to assist with a brain acquired injury gentleman, this would be working alongside another care staff to assist with the gentleman's daily needs.

Full training will be provided for the role.

Knowledge of the following would be beneficial but not essential, Tracheostomy, Gastrosomy, Supra pubic Catheter, Automic Dysreflexia & Cough Assist.

Being a part of our team will include:


You will be working as an integral part of our team, given the opportunity to work in a care setting where no two days are the same, you will be supporting within their own home and community to enjoy a good quality of life and supporting good health and wellbeing.


We will provide full training, followed by shadow shifts arranged with an experienced carer, who will help you adjust to your new role, and we have ongoing telephone support available for when you are out caring for our service user.

We will continue to develop your skills through training and development to meet the needs of our wide range of customers in the local community.
