Recovery Nurse

Service care solutions are working with an innovative and specialist addiction (drug and alcohol) service based in Lancaster and they have a great opportunity available.

Job summary - To provide specialist nursing care, assess, plan and evaluate programmes for patients of care, taking into account the potential needs of individuals and take overall responsibility for the care of a caseload of patients requiring detox through the Medically Assisted Withdrawal Programme.

Hours - 37.5

Salary - £26,000 to £30,000 dependent upon experience

Evidence of professional development

- Aware of clinical standards, NSF, guidance and safeguarding
