This is a Bid Coordinator requirement with an industry leader in delivering major rail and infrastructure projects.


I am seeking a Bid Manager to join a Bid Team based at my client's head office in Swindon.

The successful Bid Manager will be responsible for directing the team and resources to achieve a successful outcome for each allocated tender.


The Bid Managers key duties will arrange all necessary internal meetings, agree bid budgets, manage the tender programme, liaise with senior management with regards to tender acceptance, oversee designers brief and the review of suppliers to receive tender enquiries.





Requirements for this Bid Manager position:



  • Must have previous experience working in Bid Manager role

  • Must have strong administration skills and be proficient with mircosoft office

  • Proven track record leading multidiscipline teams

  • A proven track record of leading construction tenders within rail, highway or major structures.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.





Remuneration for this Bid Manager position:



  • £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

  • 25 days holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays)

  • Contributory pension and health care schemes

  • Company car and fuel card
