This is a Graduate Quantity Surveyor role is with a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy who provide services across the majority of industry sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, education and healthcare.

As Graduate Building Surveyor you will benefit from gaining invaluable hands on project exposure on prestigious projects across London and Kent.

You will be joining a multidisciplinary consultancy team based out of an office in Kent, working alongside senior level Quantity Surveyors with decades of experience.

Key requirements for this Graduate Quantity Surveyor position:

• Must have a degree in Quantity Surveying / Commerical Management.
  
  


• Good IT literacy.


• Any experience working for a construction consultancy would be advantageous.


• Capable of working to strict targets and timescales


• High levels of numeracy and literacy.


• Previous experience working as a Building Surveyor will be advantageous.

Remuneration for the Graduate Quantity Surveyor position:

• £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)


• APC support.


• Excellent training and mentoring.


• Pension scheme.


• Car allowance where eligible


• Annual bonus.
