Customer Service Advisor

Role: Repairs Scheduler
Location: Stevenage, SG1 1HN
Work pattern: Fulltime - 37 hours, Mon-Fri
Start date: ASAP
End date: Ongoing contract

I'm looking for a repairs planner to work in a busy housing department on an ongoing basis.

You will be responsible for the day to day scheduling of responsive works through their DRS system for a number of different trade persons.

I'm looking for somebody who has previous experience within a similar role or customer service call centre.

You will provide an excellent customer service over the phone and as such excellent communication is required.


Key Responsibilities
, You will be responsible for scheduling appointments with suitable operatives.


, Proactively manage work orders using IT systems, ensuring that complex orders are managed.


, Effectively communicate with client and customer queries, providing guidance to assist them and resolving repairs issues.


, Undertake data entry tasks as required as well as ensuring that the appointment scheduling system is accurately maintained and managed.


, To meet KPI performance targets and customer satisfaction targets for the service area.

Experience:
, Experience of diagnosing and logging repairs in a similar role.


, Experience of working within a customer service department.


, Thorough knowledge of IT applications including work scheduling systems.


, Experience of working towards and achieving targets.


, Experience of working in a customer focused environment dealing and resolving enquiries and complaints.
