Registered Nurse

have a great opportunity for a Registered General Nurse to join an Exceptional New Nursing Home within the Poole area.

This fantastic modern and flag ship service provides care to the highest standards and will provide a mixture of nursing, residential and dementia beds with an additional 20 transitional beds a bridge between hospital and home .

Main Responsibilities includes:

·         You will report into the Registered Manager, playing an important part of the onsite clinical and management team.

·         You will support the manager in leading and supervising a large staff team to deliver the highest standards of care.

·         maintaining and further developing our care principles, which centre on 'wellness, happiness, and kindness'.

·         You will work with the local community, GP's and professionals to deliver care that truly enables residents to continue to lead as full a life as possible.

The company offer comprehensive training to our Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) via our Learning & Development Department.

The CPD of our nursing team is recognised as extremely important, and plays a vital role to further enhance the care we deliver.

The successful candidate will be earning a salary very competitive salary of £18.18 per hour whilst working either full time, or part time Days or Nights shift patterns.

This post pays £41,595.84 ( based on a 44 hour week ).
