Home Manager

Our client is a top 15 UK Care Home provider, is recruiting for a full time Registered Home Manager to manage  a very reputable nursing and Residential Home .

This is a large size  home in Clydebank, Glasgow which provides palliative care, Parkinson's care, Dementia nursing and convalescence.

As a Home Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to Residents by developing and leading a caring and motivated team.

The successful manager will be offered an excellent salary  and great benefits.

Essential skills:

- You must be a Registered Nurse with an up to date PIN-Experience in a Nursing and Residential Home is essential

- Passionate about Dementia care.

- Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CI requirements

- Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team

- Experience of managing and working towards budgets

- Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home as a brand

-Excellent communication skills-confident working with local authorities and building new contacts
