Home Manager

 One of our client is  a top 15 UK Care Home provider, is recruiting for a full time Registered Home Manager to manage  a prestige  Nursing and Residential Home.

The service is in Wakefield and consists of 6 self contained houses to cater to the unique care requirements of the Residents-this includes physical disabilities and Dementia.

As a Home Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to Residents by developing and leading a caring and motivated team.

The manager candidate will be offered an excellent salary  and various benefits. 

Essential skills:

- You must be an RGN with an up to date PIN-Experience in Managing a Nursing and Residential Home is essential

- Passionate about Dementia care.

- Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CQC requirements

- Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team

- Experience of managing and working towards budgets

- Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home as a brand

-Excellent communication skills-confident working with local authorities and building new contacts
