Conveyancing Assistant

We are currently representing a highly reputable client in the North West region who are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their established property division.

The Role

- Assist Fee Earners in managing conveyancing caseloads from inception to completion
- To undertake regular searches via the Land Registry
- Effectively manage caseloads via the case management system
- Providing quotes to potential clients by telephone, email and in person

The Person

- A minimum of 6 months of conveyancing work experience is essential
- Someone who is interested in pursuing a career within property law
- Achieved GCSE results in English & Maths of C and above
- Hard working individual who personable
- Good time management

This opportunity has the ability to take on extensive in-house training, with a clear and real progression path for those who are looking for it.
