Executive Assistant to Executive Director, London
I am currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to Executive Director within a HR Services Department.
This is a permanent role based in London with a salary of £30,300 - £35,000 depending on experience.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative, secretarial and project support to the Executive Director.
You are the first point of contact in the Executive Directors office for other Directors, Senior Management and internal and external stakeholders.
, Support the day to day needs of the Executive Director providing support for administration, diary management and travel arrangements as necessary.
, Act as the primary point of contact for telephone calls, emails and post for the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as appropriate.
, Co-ordinate and support project activity as required (including business change) providing administrative support and diary management for project matters as required.

, Process invoices, procurement requests and other financial transactions, maintain, collate and report on departmental budgets for the information of the Executive Director and SLT.
, Organise meetings and provide the appropriate administrative support, this would include minutes taking, drafting of agendas and distribution of action points etc.
, Ensure that all documentation distributed on behalf of the Executive Director (and SLT as appropriate) was presented in the most professional way possible, including ensuring the correct templates / house style have been utilised and that any legal requirements have been adhered to.
Key experience and qualifications required
, Previous experience of supporting a senior staff member Excellent written and spoken English, highly numerate with the ability to interpret complex data High levels of IT literacy including Word, Excel, Project and bespoke financial and reporting databases.
, First class time management skills, the ability to prioritise and delegate (often to more senior colleagues).
, Strong communication skills, experience of managing senior internal and external stakeholders.
