Resales & Staircasing Administrator X2

Resales & Staircasing Administrator x2 - Southwark
A large housing association are recruiting for two Resales and Staircasing Administrators to Support the Resales & Staircasing team and Manager on all activities.

The Role
Key responsibilities within this role will include:
- Day to day activities include taking calls, responding to emails, update customer database, taking payments and bookings, explaining the process, instructing valuations
- Dealing with all initial contact from customers looking in to resales & staircasing on phone or email in line with SLAs
- Collating documentation sent in from vendors, purchasers or agents
- Managing the shared resales & staircasing inbox's and responding to general enquiries or referring on to resales & staircasing executives.
- Saving documentation in to case files
- Cleansing of old files ones completions occur
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external colleagues to support the resales & staircasing process
- Preparing of legal documents to be presented to Co Sec for signing and sealing
- Ensuring systems are kept up to date
- Photocopying, scanning, printing & filing
- Working to best practice in conveyancing processes, in line with legal and industry regulations and guidelines.
- Ensuring we are working in accordance to regulatory criteria to audit standard supporting the resales executives on gathering and collating information for management packs Delivering excellent customer service throughout all activities.
- Strong understanding of the Shared Ownership resales and staircasing
- Represents the organisation at sector specific meetings, sales shows/events and awards.

The Candidate
To be successful, you must have experience within Housing Resales and staircasing, as well as Experience of administration within a fast paced team.

- Understanding of the Shared Ownership resales and staircasing process.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written to a wide variety of audiences.
- Experience of meeting short and longer term deadlines for plot sale progression.

- Strong customer service skills and personal integrity and credibility with a proven ability and desire to collaborate with colleagues.

The Contract
This is an initial 12 Week contract, with a chance of being extended by an additional 4 weeks.

The role is full time, working 36 hours between 8 and 6 Monday to Friday,
