New Homes Sales Negotiator - London, N1
Salary - £27k-£30k OTE £43k - £50k
Our client is a market leader in the New Homes industry and due to recent business expansion they are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their exciting and vibrant team on a brand new development in London.
Working for a prestigious and leading industry brand, a high level or presentation is essential, as is experience working in a similar role.
- Meet and greet prospective buyers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Responding to queries via email and over the phone
- Building a client database in the area
- Support the team by building sales pipeline
- Liaise with mortgage advisors and solicitors
- Provide a professional, friendly and efficient attitude ensuring this is maintained at all times when dealing with the public, face to face and over the telephone
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Strong industry and product knowledge
- Previous New Homes experience is essential
- Good IT skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
As a Sales Negotiator you will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
